Happy Eid-ul-Fitr to my dearest foxy mommies 😉

May you’ve a superb moment with your beloved child. Amin~

This is my last auto-blog-update (delayed for month of Syawal) before going back to my cuddly hubby’s hometown for Eid Eve celebration *yeay!*: Ramadhan Cooking Diary (Part VI) ^-^

Alhamdulillah, another blissful healthy menu: Special Traditional Roast Chicken, remarkably for my lovely family. A little twist from previous recipes. Additional flavor and spices 😀 Undeniable comforting meal to share!

Note: You will need 2 crucial items before starting to carve a chicken: a sharp knife and a fork.

Some of the pictures:

Marinated with lots of spices ^O^

Add-on more fresh herbs, veggies, lemon, garlics and onions ^_-

Wal-lah ^___________^

Simply irresistible thick gravy >w<

After carving~
*Alhamdulillah, burp!*

Please do kindly remember to wash your hands regularly after handling any raw meat, including chicken. Top priority: cleanliness first.

Okie dookie, till then 😉

May you’ve safe journey. Be extra careful and alert. May God blessed your day. Amin~ *bear hugs*
