Geng the Movie: Pengembaraan Bermula (fea. Upin & Ipin)

Hola mommies >_<

How’s your weekends? May God bless your weekend 😉

Today, we would love to share about our kiddies favorite Malaysian animation character: Upin & Ipin, first movie *wohoo!*

It’s no secret that we here at are big fans of Les’ Copaque artwork. That said, I we was extremely excited to watch Geng: Pengembaraan Bermula (fea. Upin & Ipin). I We couldn’t wait to see what they’d do with a limited movie budget.

Alhamdulillah, we went to GSC Alamanda Putrajaya on 12th February 2009 *after booked online ticket at GSC website-hassle free*, and support the gang, bravo for your marvelous artwork Les’ Copaque. A.W.E.S.O.M.E!!! 😀

You better watch the movie momma :)

This the time for you to teach “The art of Film Appreciation” for your lil toddler. Watching movies IS an art.

For the person who wants more than just a superficial encounter with images and stories on the box, I recommend this approach. And there is nothing like seeing all the action bigger than life.

Now that I’ve sat through the movie I have mixed feelings, though I’m still leaning primarily towards the good side. There is an absolutely amazing level of detail in every frame of animation. The story had some very interesting elements, the community was amazing, the characters were great: qualities that made them unique.

Tha Sista!

All in all, Geng: Pengembaraan Bermula is definitely worth watching. It had its cheesy elements and some funny moments, but for the animation and music alone it’s worth the time investment. Even being as picky as I am, I still really enjoyed the movie overall. The characters were good and the concept was interesting.

So what are you waiting for, mommies? 😉

Have fun, do take care *cuddles*~

Lots of love,
