Breakfast Meal for My Toddler
Since my KiruMi-cHan is at the age of 7 months, I made boiled; broccoli, potatoes, carrots and capsicums for him.Really easy recipies and healthy for your child. *cheers*
- Firstly, cut and slice those veggies in cute shapes.
- Secondly, boiled ’em in chicken stok (or fish or beef stok) *just a few minutes*
- Tadaa; cooled it and now it is ready to serve.
Note: Young toddler could not eat raw veggie due to they might easily choke.
Make sure you boiled it first to ensure it it soft and easy to chew.
In addition, I made my own homemade fruit puree and sauce to let my toddler dip the veggie with ’em.
They love it because they could learn how to grab and hold the food while playing *dip-dip* the fruit sauces.
Sometimes, I also made pancakes for them. This is one of our toddler rutine menu for breakfast.
Life is so much fun, easy and healthy for my toddler. Won’t you try? *hugs*
