I had my own domain name & web hosting. What should I do? How much should I pay to order for this package?
FYI, even if you already have your own domain name & hosting, the price will be (RM499.00).

How much should I pay for next year (and year after)?
You only need to pay to us: RM199.00 yearly (for domain name & web hosting maintenance).

I’m not IT geek. How could I manage to use your services?
Our online shop packages are suitable for beginner. By using  our eStore you may simply setup your eStore, add your product & pictures etc in Admin Page (no need to login in Control Panel in web hosting server).

We normally provide online tutorial sheet for our clients. As an addition, our eStore is simply easy shopping cart to use due to it WYSIWYG format (What-You-See-Is-What-You-Get).

Thus, you didn’t need to know about PHP or HTML code and could easily upload product pictures using same admin page without using FTP server. Just add your products and start selling!

Can we add & update our web pages ourselves?
You are able to update your website easily and instantly via user friendly WYSIWYG editor (like Microsoft Words).

How many products that i can upload to website myself?

We accept credit card payments using Paypal. We also accept bank transfer payments if you reside in Malaysia. (An Additional Payment of RM41 for credit card payments).

Can I upgrade my plan anytime?

Do I have to install any software into my computer? How can I access my e-store?
There’s no installation required! LittleKittle Ecommerce plan is setup directly on the web server. You only need a web browser to access the control panel from anywhere you like as long as you have an Internet connection.

What payment methods does LittleKittle e-commerce plan support?
LittleKittle e-commerce plan is capable of live Credit Card Processing by integrate with Paypal. Besides it supports major payment providers like Ipay88, NBePay, 2checkout, Worldpay and more.

However we don’t charge for integration if you use Paypal, for other payment method integration charges, you may email  us.

Can I take manual offline payments like bank transfer?
Yes, it is capable to let shopper choose the manual offline payment method like mailed cheques, local Cash bank in, bank transfer & COD.

Does LittleKittle Estore support multiple currencies?
Yes, it does support multiple currencies. You can allow Customers to buy using an alternative Currency.

p/s: Any problem, please do email us for our direct actions. All Ready-Made client’s estore will surely up and ready within less than 24-48 hours (work day).

For custom made design package, clients will get the login details as soon as the domain register + install and may quickly upload items and pages while waiting our new designers to design + coding setting.

If redesign needed after launching day, you’ll need to wait for several days/week for designer to complete the request.

For any trouble, we’ll never let the client online without compensation. All includes compensation from our server provider.
