Good morning stunning ladies
Hope you’re in super great health for fasting day. Amin~
Another quick update for our photoblog collection: Ramadhan Cooking Diary (Part V) ^-^
Alhamdulillah, too many blessed from God to us *thank you Lord!*, and I wish I could have spent more time with my loyal blog reader.
By the way, how’s your cooking day with your little angel? May both of you cherish your precious time in the blissful kitchen.
You may also serving it in the form of fish pie, fish cakes, fish nuggets, fish fingers or flaked fish mixed with macaroni/pasta will go a long way in helping your child to enjoy eating fish. ^O^
Note: Fish contains high levels of essential fatty acids, such as linoleic acid, which helps to reduce cholesterol. It is cholesterol that is responsible for arteriosclerosis. This means that fish won’t have a negative effect on your heart health and is truly good for your family.
Here are some of pictures of our family’s fish and chips (latest version):

Fresh fish fillets! *Grouper*

Coated with lots of herbs, olive oils + Mexican spices >w<
For the best results you should leave the mixture in fridge for about 30-45 minutes before you bake it (marinating process).

Roasted fish!

Completed!
Alhamdulillah, burp! ^_______^
The best part if you bake fish in the oven instead of deep-frying method? Opening up the oven after cooking will unveil a steaming medley of the finest tasting fish ever. Absolutely best deal!
Please do kindly remember, whether you are cooking fresh or frozen fish, please never ever to overcook it as there is an obvious delicate balance between perfectly cooked (succulent and naturally delicious) plus overcooked (mostly dry and flavourless) fish.
Happy cooking, hot momma! God blessed, Amin~

moshi-moshi alluring ladies
Another quick update about our family’s cooking diary for Ramadhan 2010. Do simply click HERE to read Part I.
Alhamdulillah, I plan one month of family meals at a time (main dish, side dishes and desserts).
As for me, the best way to take the daily stress out of meal preparation is to plan ahead! (Eat healthier and yet, save a lots of money.)
Only after I decide the on a specific menu, then I’ll make a shopping list that consists of each item that I will need to complete everything based on the plan.
So here’s the important point:
- 1st – Menu (Monthly, Weekly, Daily)
- 2nd – Shopping List >O<
Plus, I’m in-charge to make sure the plan fits in our food budget (Oh my, I just heart grocery shopping! Once per week, baby >w< ), and I only plan 4 meals a week to allows more flexibility and the opportunity for my family to try new cuisine from new recipes (and let everyone pick their favorites!). It’s as simple as that.
Don’t you just love looking over recipes and jot down shopping lists?
Last but not least, do stick to your plan.
Please do save your successful menu to refer to next month and add new dishes that you liked to your recipe list.

Alright then, here are some of the pics

Salmon, Herbs and Butter! ^_-

Tomyam! (chicken cubes) ^-^

Additional with homemade deep-fried chicken with spices

and traditional chicken curry ^-^
Start your day with positive attitude and brighter smile, you will soon be cooking well and enjoying it to the max!
Never give up to learn from own mistakes and try new things.
Do remember: always look for fresh produce – that’s all you need. Tastier food awaits you >_<
May God blessed your day, Amin~
See ya soon*tickles*.
