So, How Do You Fry Your Chicken?

It’s crisp on the outside and juicy inside, yummm! *Alhamdulillah* :-D

Never give up and try your best each time to discover your right method, plus don’t forget to experiment with different seasonings and techniques.

 

With flour mixture.

With garlic powder.

With turmeric powder.

p/s: Please don’t crowd the pot to make sure chicken pieces may float freely in the hot oil ;)

    Thank you so much for your inquiry. Actually, raw chicken pieces should be rinsed and patted dry with paper towels before cooking, dips it in egg bath and dry ‘em for a while before flours it. Make sure to use very hot cooking oil (for the start then reduce the heat), due to if the oil is not hot enough, oil will reach the food before the coating cooks enough, prevention from greasy food.
