Today, I like to share easy tips on how to deal with day-to-day stress or depression. Thank you to Miss Xi Yen for your inquiry regarding this matter via SMS.

Equation of the day: Happiness = Wanting what you have ÷ Having what you want.

 

In other words, Gratitude divided by Gratification. Sometimes, you have to appreciate what you have to create a little happiness instead of just focusing on what you want.

 

No magic pill that might be able to wipe away all the stress in our lives.

I love the idea of: completing puzzles as one of simple way to reduce stress (challenge minds), while putting emotion at ease at the same time and help develop problem-solving skills.

Working on a jigsaw puzzle is a great way to short-circuit stress, provide you with a way to relax and keep the brain active.

It is never too late to start taking hobbies as a mean of stress relief.

I do believe, life and stress go hand in hand and it is important to find a relevant way to relieve that stress.

Challenge your mind with jigsaw puzzles, crossword puzzles, Sudoku or read books. Getting your mind occupied will make your mind grow even stronger and healthier.

Moreover, try your best to be around people who are positive and who appreciate and enjoy life.

Insya-Allah, with pure patience, prayers,  lots of good attitude plus perseverance, you may continue your daily work as WAHM in a fun environment you will enjoy.
