Good afternoon to my gorgeous ladies ;)

May you’re in splendid and marvelous day. Amin~

Even though for most people still enjoying their Eid holiday, however we’re all back on homeschooling schedule and outstation work duty since last week. Undeniable super busy! *Alhamdulillah* ^O^

Finally I found out, I rarely update regarding my little princess: Sis ReiHi-cHan’s Pre-Primary ballet class *Pictures taken, less time for blog update. Gosh! T-T*.

Gazillion thanks to my dearest hubby for bought these new sparkling tutus
(directly from UK) for our adorable girls *sweet kisses*.

As I do strongly believe: To learn to dance, young children quickly use the body and soul to appreciate music and nature.

Amazingly she had personally trained her little sister: Sis YunaFi-cHan, for almost 1 year for Baby Ballet lesson in their private girl room and guess what?

All her hard work paid yesterday evening once her little Sis (YunaFi-cHan) been accepted to official class for Primary Ballet Class without taking Baby Ballet and Pre-Primary lesson at their ballet dance studio :-D Subhanallah, great job Sis ReiHi-cHan! (thousands of hugs, what a brilliant lil ballerina ^_____^ ).

Plus, yesterday we’ve another superb news >w< Welcome to our new and latest “danseur” a.k.a “Balleroux“, additional class for athletic training. A little guess, please? Will try to update very soon. Insya-Allah.

PhotoBlog@Ramadhan.

Good morning stunning ladies ;)

Hope you’re in super great health for fasting day. Amin~

Another quick update for our photoblog collection: Ramadhan Cooking Diary (Part V) ^-^

Alhamdulillah, too many blessed from God to us *thank you Lord!*, and I wish I could have spent more time with my loyal blog reader.

By the way, how’s your cooking day with your little angel? May both of you cherish your precious time in the blissful kitchen.

You may also serving it in the form of fish pie, fish cakes, fish nuggets, fish fingers or flaked fish mixed with macaroni/pasta will go a long way in helping your child to enjoy eating fish.  ^O^

Note: Fish contains high levels of essential fatty acids, such as linoleic acid, which helps to reduce cholesterol. It is cholesterol that is responsible for arteriosclerosis. This means that fish won’t have a negative effect on your heart health and is truly good for your family.

Here are some of pictures of our family’s fish and chips (latest version):

Fresh fish fillets! *Grouper*

Coated with lots of herbs, olive oils + Mexican spices >w<
For the best results you should leave the mixture in fridge for about 30-45 minutes before you bake it (marinating process).

Roasted fish!

Completed!

Alhamdulillah, burp! ^_______^

The best part if you bake fish in the oven instead of deep-frying method? Opening up the oven after cooking will unveil a steaming medley of the finest tasting fish ever. Absolutely best deal! :-D

Please do kindly remember, whether you are cooking fresh or frozen fish, please never ever to overcook it as there is an obvious  delicate balance between perfectly cooked (succulent and naturally delicious) plus overcooked (mostly dry and flavourless) fish.

Happy cooking, hot momma!  God blessed, Amin~ ;)
