How to be A Positive Thinking Mum
Raising children can be a challenge physically, emotionally and mentally. *agree*

Staying positive in this capacity is frustrating but not impossible.
Believe me because I am try my hardest to build my personality and still learning to do it. *Insya-Allah*
Below are some ideas that can help moms stay positive that I’d learned by reading on the Internet since year 2002:
- Step 1: Be POSITIVE
Decide to be positive when getting out of bed each morning. While getting frustrated sometime through the day is inevitable, remember that negative experiences do not mean that you have failed. The key to being a positive mom is to keep trying and believing in yourself.
- Step 2: Find POTENTIAL
Help your children discover their potentials. Express your confidence in them and help them to reach their goals. - Step 3: Search for POSITIVE
Look for the positive in your children and be specific when praising them. Give encouragement and avoid picking on their mistakes. If you are displeased with something they did, correct them and move on. Do not nag on the issue. - Step 4: SMILES
Smile often. It makes you feel good about yourself, and it makes your children feel more comfortable and happy. - Step 5: Be PATIENT
Be patient and kind with your children. - Step 6: Smooth n EASY
Take things easy. When choosing between working on the relationship with your children versus household chores, work on the relationship first. The chores will still be there when your children are grown up and have left the home. - Step 7 Good MODEL
Be a good example of being positive and optimistic. Your attitude will set the tone for your children as well. - Step 8: NO COMPLAIN
Try not to grumble and complain, especially in front of the children. The more you do it, the worse it gets because it creates a negative atmosphere. Be determined to have a good attitude about things. - Step 9: LIVE It
Put quotes of encouragement all around the house to remind you to be positive. Decorate your home with flowers and brightly colored pictures. - Step 10: Add FUN
Do one or more fun activities with your children every day. - Step 11: Happy Break
Take time for yourself. Do your hobby; reading, sewing. When you get a break and are happy, chances are you will be more positive. - Step 12: FORGIVE
Learn to forgive and forget. - Step 13: Create SWEET HOME
Strive to make your home a happy place. Your children will appreciate your positive attitude.
All tha best
